The client sought to develop a Child Care Centre, with associated Signage. The existing building was proposed to be demolished to accommodate a double storey building for a childcare Centre. The existing crossover on Rapallo Way was also proposed to be relocated.

The proposal was innovatively planned in a manner that responds to the site’s features, characteristics, and constraints and also respects the local context and neighborhood character. The. Childcare Centre was proposed to accommodate a maximum of 130 children at any one time. Primarily aimed at 6 weeks old to-5years old, the Childcare Centre would provide education and care programs which are created around the developmental needs, interests and experience of each child. The proposed childcare centre would contribute positively to Casey community as it focuses on good design and is an essential service to the local community which would contribute positively. Our team worked tirelessly with external consultants as well as the council to deliver a positive outcome to the client.
