The Project : A development of a medical centre with four practitioners in Richmond

The Challenge

Limited time (3 months including preparation and planning permit application) and a reduction of 15 car parking spaces on site.

SPD Solution

Development approvals were obtained on time (within three months) and Council approved with in two car parking spaces onsite, to the clients’ expectations. The ability to deliver integrated planning and legal services by Smart Planning and Design, was integral to the successful outcome of this project.
