The client sought to develop a Child Care Centre, with associated Signage on the site. The existing residential building on the site was proposed to be demolished to accommodate the construction of a Childcare Centre on the site.

With the right design concept and carparking requirements met, the relevant authority was glad to grant this project a planning permit. The subject site is well located with excellent accessibility from Feehans Road, thereby making the proposal a perfect fit for the subject site. A Landscape Plan was prepared by Package Landscapes and successfully illustrated the proposed development, and the proposed use also provides for the needs of the local community, sited at a convenient location.
