We were appointed by Stockland Development to prepare a masterplan for a school and the neighbourhood centre facilities to guide development to bene t the local community.

We designed the masterplan to create a ‘hub’ for Amberton that will be the main focus for community life, with a strong and distinct sense of place shaped by the contemporary mix of services. Our plan seeks to maximise the bene ts of an integrated school campus to stimulate the local economic, social and cultural development, as well as responding to the site’s unique topographical and natural features

Our masterplan focused on a collaborative design process, including discussions and workshops with the Stockland team.
