We both provided planning and urban design guidance and outcomes for Council. The outcomes guide the future development of land at Sunbury South as well as meet aspirations for land use, connectivity and a good urban structure

Our scope of works included the production of indicative subdivision plans to illustrate how the two areas identified for ‘logical inclusion’ within the Urban Growth Boundary should be developed in order to meet their strategic objectives.
