The Task:
Our senior staff prepared a masterplan for Kalkallo Park, an area of urban expansion on the northern edge of Melbourne.
The Outcome:
Our masterplan integrates signi cant recreational and waterside assets with residential districts, a town centre, mixed use development, social services and major transport infrastructure including a railway station and the Hume Freeway.
Details
Our masterplan covers a 1,500 hectare site comprising land for 81,000 people, 600 hectares of employment land and a 20 hectare town centre.
