We reviewed the Development Control Plan for The Hills Shire Council. The purpose of the DCP Review was to determine a new suite of development controls for their Pennant Street site to be included in the Baulkham Hills DCP using a rigorous methodology that enables consideration of changing site conditions and Council intentions.
This DCP Review led to the adoption by Council of The Hills Development Control Plan Part D Section 2, Pennant Street Target Site on 13 December 2011. This came into force in January 2012.
